Sedan: half-day (4 h) from 280 TND, full-day (8 h) from 450 TND, multi-day from 380 TND/day. Premium SUV: half-day from 380, full-day from 580. Luxury (Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5 Series): half-day from 450, full-day from 680. 9-seater Vito with driver: full-day from 620 TND. Fuel within 100 km radius included.
Are your drivers English-speaking?
Yes — every Troisa chauffeur speaks English, French and Arabic. About a third also speak Italian; a few German or Spanish. Specify the language at booking. All carry Tunisian professional driver's license, clean criminal record certificate and 5+ years experience.
What's the difference between airport transfer and chauffeur service?
Transfer is point-to-point at a fixed price (e.g. airport → hotel) — driver drops you and leaves. Chauffeur is hourly or daily — driver waits for you at every stop, follows your itinerary. Use transfer for arrival/departure; use chauffeur for sightseeing, meetings, weddings, photo-shoots, multi-stop trips.
Can I book a chauffeur for one day to visit Carthage and Sidi Bou Said?
Yes — one of our most-booked day services. 8-hour day with sedan 450 TND, luxury Mercedes 680 TND. Driver handles parking and traffic, waits at each site. Lunch at a restaurant of your choice — driver eats separately for your privacy.
Can the chauffeur work as a tour guide too?
Our drivers know history informally but aren't licensed guides — they can't legally guide inside UNESCO museums (Bardo, Carthage, Dougga). For full guiding we add a licensed guide: +200 TND half-day, +350 TND full-day. Many clients use the driver-only option with an audio guide at sites.
Do you do multi-day chauffeured tours of Tunisia?
Yes. Examples: 4-day Sahara loop (Tunis → Kairouan → Tozeur → Douz → Matmata → return) from 1,800 TND; 3-day Cap Bon & northern coast from 1,400 TND; 5-day grand tour from 2,200 TND. Driver hotel (separate room) included.
Is chauffeur service available 24/7?
24/7 booking and dispatch — but pickups before 06:00 or after 23:00 carry a 50 TND night surcharge. For events, book at least 12 h ahead to confirm a specific driver. Same-day usually possible in business hours; WhatsApp +216 22 205 450.
What's included in the chauffeur price?
Driver, vehicle, full insurance, fuel within 100 km radius of pickup city, parking, tolls, water bottles, free WiFi (premium & luxury), child seats free on request, 24/7 multilingual support. Excluded: fuel beyond 100 km (at consumption), gratuity (10-15% customary for excellent service, not mandatory), licensed guide if requested, driver hotel for far multi-day (~80 TND/night, usually included).
Can I hire a female chauffeur?
Yes — we have 2 female chauffeurs, popular with solo female travelers, families with young children and conservative clients. Demand can exceed supply so request at least 48 hours ahead. Standard rates apply.
